Project’s idea is based on the existing situation. Artificial relief was added to differentiate functional zones and also to make a boundary that protects from the existing trains’ noise and dust. The disposition of functional volumes was determined by insolation and means of practical use. Spaces for living were positioned above the relief and were orientated to the south, while studying and public places were integrated into the relief.
The choice of building materials and design was mostly inspired by original Bauhaus and their attitude towards architecture.
