      Hello, I already payed and registered but I’m not able to submit my student card or see the lectures is it normal?

      Hello Pablo,

      Thank you for getting in touch with us. Once you complete your registration you should be able to upload you student IDs or enrollment letters by following these steps:

      1. Login to your account by following this link https://arkitekturo.com/my-account
      2. Navigate to the “registrations” section and click on “upload student id”
      3. Next click on “add document”
      4. Last, click on “add file” and select the document you wish to upload

      Remember documents can be JPG, PNG or PDF and they should be under 8MB each.

      Please let us know if these steps work for you, and if they don’t how far along the process are you able to get, so that we can further look into the issue an properly asist you.

      Hi, now I can upload my ID but the page to see the lectures doesn’t work, the weekend it worked but now it does not. do you know why?

        Glad to hear you were able to upload your documentation.

        As far as the talks and lectures page, we have just checked and it seems to be working well on our side. This is the link: https://arkitekturo.com/competition/bauhaus-campus-2021/talks-lectures/

        Rember you need to be loged in to your team’s account in order to see it.

        If you are loged in and it’s still not working for you, could you please let us know what message do you see on the screen?

        Hello Sergio,

        We believe we have found the reason why you were not able to access the talks and lectures page. For some reason our website is only letting users access that mage in the language in which they registered in. So if you registered in Spanish then the link that will work for you is https://arkitekturo.com/es/competition/bauhaus-campus-2021/talks-lectures/. (notice the /es/ part).

        We are working on fixing this, but until then the link above should work for you. Please let us know if it doesen’t.

      Hello I hace the same problem as Sergio I am loged to the account I can see the registration the ID’s but when i click on lectures it says that I must be registered yo see the content

        Hi Pablo,

        Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have been looking into this and found a technical issue on our site, which we are currently working on fixing.

        While we fix it, you can access the talks and lectures page by making sure you are viewing the page in the language you registered in. In your case you registered in Spanish, so the link you should follow is https://arkitekturo.com/es/competition/bauhaus-campus-2021/talks-lectures/. (notice the /es/ part).

        You did nothing wrong, the site should be able to tell that you are a registered user, regardless of which language you registered in, and we are currently looking for a solution so that it does just that, but until then the link above should work for you. Please let us know if it doesn’t.

      Hola que tal yo igual tengo el mismo problema eh querido subir mi carnet de estudiante pero no me lo permite y tambien tengo un problema en cuanto a mi carnet resulta que con todo esto de la pandemia no se puede actualizar la fecha de vencimiento de la misma ya que tiene una vigencia de agosto de este año pero sigo estudiando, cual seria la solución a ello??

        En cuanto a subir el carnet de estudiante. ¿Podrías decirnos hasta que paso de los mencionados más arriba en este conversación puedes llegar? y una vez no puedes continuar, ¿ves algún mensaje de error?

        En cuanto al carnet, entendemos la situación. Para que podamos verificar tu condición actual de estudiante, quizá puedas acompañar tu carnet de alguan captura de pantalla dentro de la web de tu iniversidad donde se vea que aún eres estudiante, por ejemplo tu última matrícula de asignaturas.

          Hola buenas tardes, al momento de dar click para poder ingresar a subir el archivo carga pero no avanza de ahí me vuelve a mandar a la pantalla de la cuenta del equipo, ya intente por los mensajes anteriores al mío y lo que tengo de prueba es mi horario de este cuatrimestre que paso que justamente acaba el día de hoy y mi inscripción la realice aun siendo estudiante, servirá como prueba?

          Hola Erick,

          Solo pedimos que los participantes cumplan con las condiciones de participación durante al menos 1 día en el transcurso del concurso, por lo que no hay problema en que ya hayas terminado las clases, mientras puedas demostrar que el día 23 de noviembre (día en el que dio comienzo el concurso), eras estudiante. Una vez recibamod tu documentación la revisaremos y nos pondremos en contacto contigo para confirmarte si está todo correcto.

          En cuanto a poder subir los archivos en sí mismos. ¿Podrias decirnos que tipo de archivo estás intentando cargar? Debería ser uno o más archivos en formato JPG de no más de 8MB cada uno.

          a vale vale, si este quiero subir la imformación en JPG, cuando estoy en mi pagina de cuenta del equipo y quiero seleccionar la opción de carga el carnet estudiantil carga pero me vuelve a mandar a la pagina de cuenta del equipo

          Hola Erick,

          Entiendo. Quizá sea algún problema con el navegador, ya que estamos recibiendo carnets de estudiantes todos los días sin problema. Sabemos que no es una solución ideal, pero podrías probar a realizar la carga desde otro navegador?

          Si ya pude subir mi carnet y estaba checando el registro y al momento de ver me di cuenta que no se guardo el numero oficial del domicilio y otra pregunta de las conferencias todos los videos estarán en ingles? o habrá opción para español o subtítulos

          Hola Erick,

          Nos alegra oir que finalmente se ha solucionado el problema al subir los archivos. Si crees que la documentación que has aportado es insuficiente puedes subir otra documentación adicional para complementarla sin problema.

          En cuanto a los videos, son todos en inglés. De hecho el idioma oficial del cocnurso es el inglés, y no deberíamos si quiera responder preguntas en el foro en otros idiomas, ya que eso hará que otros estudiantes no puedan entender cualquier información adicional que aquí facilitemos. Hasta la fecha participan equipos de más de 50 países diferentes! 🙂

          ok y como puedo subir el numero oficial del domicilio para que aparezca? y entiendo entiendo entonces para la entrega del proyecto igual deberá ser en ingles?
