For the purpose of this excercise you can consider the site to be flat. As for the height of the surrounding buildings, we don’t have exact measurements, but the buildings right across the street are relatively low single storey storage units, roughtly 3 meters high, while the buildings behind those are 4 storeys high, roughly 15 meters.
