SuperadministradorSuperadministradorThe jury has full access to all the submitted material, they first look at them on the website and if there is something they want to see in more details they can open the full-size panel. Also, during the meeting the projects are viewed on a 60-inch screen.
Remember you can also access the full-size panel by clicking on the double arrow icon located at the top right of each panel, that will open a new window with the full-sized file which you can zoom in to.

Lamentamos oir que esteis teniendo dificultades con la entrega, y estamos aquí para ayudaros a resolver los problemas.
Entiendo que vuestro código de registro es el #22757, y por lo que vemos de alguna manera habies conseguido carcar vuestros archivos, correcto?
En la lista de entregas figura como que habeis cargado el panel, texto y 8 archivos sueltos.
Si ese no es vuestro código de registro o si tenéis cualquier otro problema no dudéis en escribirnos.

We are sorry to hear you are having problems with the submission. If your registration ID does not show up on the submissions list that means we did not get it and you must reupload it.
We have received a good number of submissions today, so we are confident that the submission form is working fine, at least in most cases.
Please try following these steps to help us isolate the problem:
- Try adding only your text (no images) and save your project.
- Make sure that your files are all .JPG or .PNG and under 16MB for the full board or 8MB for the single files. In both cases they files should be less than 9050px on either side.
- If uploading the text worked and the text is saved then try to upload the single images one at a time next. Select one image, click save, select another, save, etc.
In most cases this will solve any upload problems due to slow internet connections or a lot of teams trying to submit at the same time..
Remember that if your file size and/or weight exceed the maximum allowed (which are indicated in the submission form) uploading the files one by one will not solve the problem and you’ll need to first resize them to meet the required specs.
Please let us know the result of the above test so that you we can assist you further.

Your panel should be submitted in either .JPG or .PNG format. The maximum size (in pixels) and weight (in MB) of the panel are indicated in the submission form.
Even though PDF is a common format when dealing with architectural drawings, this format is not accepted as PDF cannot be inserted into a website and therefore would make it impossible for us to show your project to the world on our website as well as for other digital media to publish it.

If your registration ID does not show up in the submission list, we DID NOT receive your project. We have recently received submissions from other teams, so we are confident that the submission form is working properly, at least in most cases.
In order to troubleshoot your situation please do the following:
- Make sure that your files are all under the maximum weight in MB and size in pixels.
- Try to submit them one at a time (some times the process might time out when trying to upload several large files at a time from a slow internet connection).
- Try adding your project description only (text) and save, see if the problem is with the images or the submission in general.
Please let us know if anything changes after trying these things.

Yes, you have until the end of the day on the 28th to submit your work, and the time zone we consider is GMT-7, which most likely will even give you a few extra hours (depending on where you live). However, we recomend that you don’t wait until the very last minute. Life happens, blackouts, internet cuts, etc. so be sure to submit with enough time, as we will not accept late submissions.
As for the board, you should stick to a standard din-A1. As you suggested, a panel the size of a din-A1 is sometimes hard to view on a monitor, regarding of the proportions (most monitors are way smaller than a din-A1). That is why in the submission for we ask for teams to submit their boards and also all the drawings included on the board separately. That way the jury will be able to zoom in to any piece of information inside your panel easily. As a reference, you can take a look at any of the projects submitted to the Bauhaus competition.
