The project is developed on two levels. The ground floor is leveled with the street, opening up the campus to the public. This link to the city promotes fluidity with the site. The excavated core provides an intimacy to learning and sharing. The esplanade acts as the main distribution system. It offers a plunging view of the garden and generates a void that lets the southern light flood in. It also serves a student-dedicated space and a more open interaction area. The work and exhibition spaces are large and cleared, making them flexible and giving them the ability to adapt according to needs. Pivoting walls in the classrooms combined with a rail system allow students to partition the space in different configurations. The cafeteria maps out a sharing zone extended by the garden unifying the volumes by an organic geometry.
