circular campus
Due to the rapidly changing situation, in terms of climate change and air pollution in the world: it’s everyone’s responsibility to act now. As buildings and infrastructure are responsible for 38 percent of all CO2-emissions, architecture needs to be further developed.
The new bauhaus campus is considered as a place to rethink and replan today’s way of building.
Where architecture works in interdisciplinary cooperation with technology, science and craft. As a collaborative and creative space, where architects, artists, students, scientists, engineers and designers work together. The strucuture of the building provides a ‘circular shape’, with a hallway in between the departments, to communicate and exhibit! The main focus is in research and development of new sustainable materials and new concepts of living.
